The system consists of a central glovebox connected to two lateral vacuum chambers, which operate as drying ovens.
The product to be processed is loaded into one of the vacuum ovens, where it undergoes a drying cycle based on the temperature and vacuum parameters defined in the process recipe.

At the end of the drying cycle, an automatic transfer cart moves the product from the oven to the glovebox, ensuring process continuity and preventing any risk of contamination.
Inside the glovebox, maintained under controlled atmosphere with a very low humidity level, the dew point is constantly monitored to guarantee the required environmental conditions.
In this sterile environment, the operator performs the packaging operations using automatic sealing machines installed inside the glovebox.
